HOW OUR FUEL CARD WORKS

• Set transaction fee. Never changes according to location or what is being purchased. Two hour grace period with no fee if at same location for 2nd transaction.
• Quarterly rebates of $.01 per gallon are available from Pilot and $.01 per gallon rebates are given right at the pump at Petro locations.
• You are paying CASH price, not credit card price. Some fuel stops charge as much as $.04 more per gallon if a credit card is used to purchase fuel.
• Emergency funds can be made available at any time of the day or night. Each customer is assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which allows 24-Hour access to the account.
• Each week you will receive an activity summary which shows the fuel stops made by the driver(s). These reports are very helpful with driver settlements, payroll, IFTA Quarterly reports, tracking expenses, etc.
