How Our Fuel/Debit Card Works

The customer is in control of the card and its purchasing capabilities. The card may be used to purchase fuel only, or it may be used for cash advances, goods and services, repairs, virtually anything that you may need.

The cards’ purchasing capabilities may be changed at any time, all it takes is a call to one of our Customer Service Representatives. Purchase options may be added or deleted within minutes!

Emergency funds can be made available at any time of the day or night

Each customer is assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which allows 24-Hour access to the account.

Getting started is easy! We will discuss an approximate dollar amount that is needed to run the truck(s) for one week. That dollar amount is put onto the card(s). After the first week has gone by, an electronic transfer will draft the appropriate amount that it takes to get the account back up to the beginning balance that was agreed upon.

Each Monday, we fax or mail an activity summary which shows the fuel stops made by the driver(s). Location, gallons purchased, price per gallon, miles per gallon, and odometer reading is shown for each unit on a daily basis.
