HOW OUR FUEL TAX REPORTING SERVICE WORKS

• We provide you with our customized trip sheets at no cost.
• Filling out the trip sheets is easy!!! Simply record all miles driven in each state and all gallons of fuel purchased in each state.
• At the end of each month, you send the completed sheets back to CTS.
• At the end of each quarter, CTS will process the information and complete your IFTA form.
• The IFTA form, your original trip sheets, and our computer-generated reports are sent back to you.
• You will sign the IFTA form and send your tax payment (if necessary) to IFTA.
• All fuel receipts and trip logs are kept at your primary place of business.
